We help Palm Beach County’s community cats live their best street lives.

Through Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) and continued daily care, we work to stabilize feral cat populations, reduce suffering, and support the wellbeing of both cats and our communities we share with them.

As part of our mission, we’re committed not only to caring for our cat colonies, but also to raising awareness about the feral cat crisis—and empowering communities across South Florida with the knowledge and tools to ethically manage these populations.

What We Do

Our Founder

Gigi Beach Cieri

Founder & Director

Gigi has been a committed TNR (Trap-Neuter-Release) advocate for over 25 years, ever since moving to West Palm Beach and seeing the urgent need to address the city’s feral cat population.

For over two decades, Gigi has been the heart of her neighborhood’s colonies—providing daily feedings, coordinating TNR, fostering and socializing kittens and strays for adoption, and, with the help of her trusted vet, ensuring sick or injured cats receive the medical care they need.

As the feral populations have continued to grow beyond what one person could manage, Cat & Release of Palm Beach County was founded to carry this mission forward through advocating for community education and support.
